Gestión responsable y desempeño organizacional en una cooperativa de transporte urbano

La responsabilidad social empresarial constituye un factor relevante para comprender el desempeño organizacional en entidades de transporte urbano, por su relación con la gestión interna y con la calidad del servicio. El estudio tuvo como propósito analizar su incidencia en una organización de transporte urbano, considerando la percepción de socios, colaboradores y usuarios. Se desarrolló una investigación aplicada, descriptiva y exploratoria, con enfoque basado en observación directa, entrevista y encuesta. Se trabajó con la totalidad de socios y colaboradores, y con una muestra de usuarios seleccionada mediante muestreo aleatorio simple. Los resultados mostraron una incorporación parcial de prácticas responsables, con valoraciones relativamente favorables en liderazgo, comunicación y reconocimiento territorial del servicio, pero con debilidades en capacitación, bienestar laboral, prevención de riesgos y algunos componentes operativos del servicio. Estos hallazgos indican que la gestión responsable todavía no se integra de forma plena al funcionamiento institucional. Se interpreta que el fortalecimiento del desempeño organizacional requiere mayor articulación entre decisiones administrativas, condiciones laborales y experiencia del usuario.
